In this workshop, participants will explore the DISC model and its application in the automotive industry. They will understand their own DISC style, enabling them to adapt their communication approach and leverage their strengths. Strategies for identifying the DISC profile of others will be taught, empowering participants to tailor their communication, build rapport, and bridge gaps. By the end of the webinar, attendees will possess valuable tools to enhance productivity and communication in the automotive shop.
