Gladstone, Mo., October 18, 2022 – The Auto Care Alliance announces a new corporate partnership with Broadly, a service that helps repair facilities attract leads, connect with customers, and automatically request reviews. Broadly is among the first 15 companies to join with the ACA to support the organization and its members.
Broadly offers responsive websites, automated web chat, pay-over-time customer financing, text and email communication, mobile payment options, and a dashboard featuring insights and reports.
Says Russell McCloud of Yuma, AZ, an ACA member and Broadly client, “When we started with Broadly five years ago, we had 25 reviews for the previous 10-15 years with a rating of 4.3 stars. Fast forward 5 years and we now have 433 reviews with a 4.7 rating which is excellent in the automotive service industry. They are great to work with, very responsive, and the results we have seen are outstanding! I highly recommend Broadly to anyone who wishes to greatly boost their reviews online.”
“The team at Broadly is excited to work with the members of ACA. Broadly is committed to helping ACA shops attract leads, engage with customers, and build stronger online reputations so they can win more business. Our seamless integration with shop management systems makes it easy for shop owners to service their customers, while Broadly provides a modern communication and review platform that auto customers expect. We look forward to servicing the members of the ACA family,” says Zack Romero, Senior Business Development Manager for Broadly.
Members of ACA will receive up to 25% off a subscription to Broadly Premium.
